'Exodus to the village'

'Exodus to the village'

12/04/2020
Unexpected lock down due to Covid 19 created panic among migrant labors to return back to their far away villages.
Without enough food, money, shelter or water they walked a long way back home unattended by media or gossip channels.
My attempt to place the exodus of migrant labors in a created landscape to evoke the harsh reality using few motifs.

Life after Flood

Titile : Life after Flood.
Acrylic on canvas. 56 cm / 36 cm

The recent flood in Kerala hit the normal life of many as well as mine.
Instead of representing flood hit visuals or tragedies I try to depict the life after flood as a visual poetry with Hope, Love, Magic of Nature and distractive actions of human.

Titile : 'Life cycle'. Medium : Black tea and water color on paper.

Title:  'Prajapathi winks at his creations' Mix Medium on paper.

Every thing sprouted from One as I learned. But that one perhaps winks at those who sprouted out of 'It' seeing the present.
